Stranded colorwork pocket, or knit in a solid color and use duplicate stitch to write 9 3/4. Slipped sts so only one color is worked in a row. Toe up. Short row heel. Uses 50 gms of each of 2 solid colors plus a small amount of white for the sign/pocket. May need more for larger sizes. Uses duplicate stitch or cross stitch for the details on the sign/pocket. Pocket can hold money/keys.
