Kirsche is an oversized poncho that is worked from the bottom front hem around the shoulders and then down to the back bottom hem. The sides are held together by two buttons that are placed in the ribbing.

Kirsche can be worn with or without the matching cowl. Instructions for both patterns are included in this design. This design goes well with leggings or jeans, just throw it on over anything, when you’re headed out on a chilly autumn day.

The recommended yarn is Merino DK from Rohrspatz & Wollmeise. The model shown is worked in the colorway “Dunkle Kirsche”.
