I created this pattern when I quickly discovered my toddler would not keep mittens or gloves on because it prevented his fingers from exploring. It’s a nice easy knit and the perfect way to keep little hands warm and looking super cute!

This is a great project for an advanced beginners and up. You will be working in the round, increasing and binding off. The pattern contains links for several skills that may be new to a novice knitter. Best part? Kids love these and won’t ever notice a mistake so it’s great practice if you are new to knitting!

Uses a very small amount of yarn too! Any worsted weight should work, I tend to prefer superwash wools for these because they are warm, but easy care.
