Kisses was inspired by the texture of the pattern. The stitch is addictive. Originally I was going to leave the center panel plain but as I divided the center panel, it begged for movement and the “kiss” was born.
The texture is best suited to tonal yarns as the stitch is lost with strong colour changes.
