These mittens are designed for kids aged 3-5, they ambidextrous (can go on either hand), convertible (held in place with magnets) and double as cute puppets!

The pattern includes detailed instructions for both the “Kittens Who Are Also Mittens” and “Bitten By A Mitten” (puppy mitts) .

• Yarn: Patons “Canadiana” Solids - Acrylic –
  • Main Colour (shown as brown, or grey),
  • Red (Collar, Mouth),
  • White (Eyes, Teeth),
  • Black (Eyes, Claws)

• 4.5mm Double-Pointed Needles
• Gauge: 20sts x 26 rows = 4” (10cm) Stockinette Stitch
• 2 Stitch Holders, or scrap yarn
• Darning Needle
• Embroidery Needle
• Black Embroidery Floss (Lettering on Tag, Attaching Nose)
• Goldenrod Embroidery Floss (Attaching Tag)
• Felt (Black for nose, Goldenrod for Tag)
