About this pattern:

Meet Sir Percival the knight and Drake the dragon - two lovable crochet characters you can make with the instructions given in this pattern. Sir Percival is made with a removable sword and shield. Drake the dragon has wings, horns, and spikes down his tail. Together they make a pair of toys that are ready to be off on adventures with your little one. Both toys are between 10-11” tall.

You’ll need the yarn colors pictured (worsted weight), a size E crochet hook, safety eyes, a yarn needle, stuffing, and an intermediate crochet skill level (ambitious beginners too!).

About Crochet to Play:

Each Crochet to Play pattern gives you all the instructions you’ll need to create toys that appeal to both kids and adults. I am a firm believer that children flourish with plenty of opportunities for creativity. When you give a child the toys you have handmade from these patterns, you are giving tools for story-telling, dramatic play, understanding character, and more!

Patterns are written in US crochet terminology and are meant for the intermediate crocheter.
