There are 2 versions of this sponge - one knit and one crocheted.

It is a small double thick fabric perfect for cleaning up around the kitchen without using up paper towels. Mine have been wash many times and look as good today as the first time I used them.

Both are very easy and very quick to make. They use just a bit of cotton and are great for using up those leftover bits.
Be creative and use multiple yarns for each sponge.
