Are you wondering what to do with small amounts of sock yarn? Here are two cute little wristlet patterns for you. Just pre string (with a dental floss threader or beading needle) a few beads and knit them up with any size 1 needles. You can even use double points.

Pattern #1 is a bangle bracelet style. The beads are knit in a diamond pattern. You need approximately 10 yards of yarn.

Pattern #2 is a Knit Beaded Twisted Wristlet. The beads are placed in the center of the knitting. You need approximately 6 yards of yarn.

Each wristlet requires approximately 50 TOHO 6/0 round seed beads. You must use quality beads that are uniform and, above all, smooth, to avoid snagging the yarn.

For a more subtle and delicate look, try using 8/0 TOHO round seed beads in the patterns.

TOHO brand Beads may be purchased at Bobby Bead

More photos and yarn suggestions to come as they are knit.
Enjoy!
