This DIY pattern shows you how to knit a bow necklace. It’s super simple, and you’ll have a new necklace in about 20 minutes. The pattern uses a stockinette stitch with a garter border. Use the bow pattern to make anything — hair bows, brooches, shoe clips, barrettes!

Final bow measures: 4.5″ x 2.25″ (11.43cm x 5.72cm)

Gauge is not critical for this project. Use larger or smaller needles/yarn for a different sized bow.

In addition to your knitting materials, you’ll also need the following to complete your necklace:

  • 16″ of chain
  • 4 jumprings
  • jewelry clasp
  • needle nose pliers
