Pattern Description from Interweave Knits, Holiday 2008: “Knitted textures are beautiful, even apart from knitting itself. Try using knit-printed cards as place cards, invitations, or holiday cards.”

Materials:

• Old knitted swatches trimmed to fit card. Sturdy swatches with interesting cable textures will be easiest to work with and will give the best results.
• Water-based block-printing ink.
• Hard rubber brayer.
• Palette or plastic plate.
• Sturdy card stock or precut note cards.
