10 stitches and 13 rows = 4 inches in garter stitch on smaller needle
US 13 - 9.0 mm
US 15 - 10.0 mm

This pattern is available for free.

This pattern was designed as a part of a crusader costume, to be used in a local theatre production.

It is sized for adults but I think it could be downsized by changing needles and using a finer weight wool.
