This is the knitted version of my crocheted Diamond snake in Leg-sc. This pattern includes separate instructions to work it flat or in the round depending on your skills or choice. Also you can work using just 2 colors if you want an easier project, or adding a third color and make it more challenging.

Size: Using the yarn and needle size recommended, your snake will be approx 17” or 43 cm long, but you can keep going and make it as long as you like.

You´ll need:

• WW/10 ply yarn: 50g in Brown or the color of your choice for the body.
• WW/10 ply yarn: 20g in beige or the color of your choice for the belly and diamonds.
• WW/10 ply yarn: Small quantities of black for the diamonds.
• SIZE US 8/5mm straight needles or double pointed needles
• 7.5mm safety eyes or round buttons.
• A crochet hook, stuffing material, yarn needle and scissors.

Difficulty:Intermediate +
You need to know the basics of amigurumi technique and working with different colors.
