Use any weight scrap yarn.
Adjust needle size for weight yarn.
Big or small scrunchies can be made, just knit fewer rows for a smaller scrunchie, more rows for a larger one.
Use the mattress stitch to seam at the end.
Use DPNs or 16” circular needles.
