This pattern is available for free.

I came up with the pattern thanks to inspiration from a couple of places and the yarn that my stepmother gave me (that I had no idea what to do with).

Intended to make it easier (and prettier) to find that ice pack or heating pad when you really need it.

Additional materials:
Quilter’s fat quarters or other cotton fabric at least 14”x7”
Sewing needle and thread (or sewing machine)
3 buttons
Long grain rice or feed corn
