Knoppen Mitts are an easy and quick knit. Using less than 50 grams of yarn per pair, they are great for using up the orphan skein that is sitting in your stash. Knit flat, and with no cable needle required, these mitts would be suitable for an advanced beginner and beyond, and would make a great last minute gift.

The S/M will fit an average size woman’s hand. The sample is knit in this size.

A note on gauge: Make sure to make a gauge swatch. I tend to be a loose knitter, so I usually have to go down a needle size on most patterns. Keep this in mind when swatching for this project.
