The sinuous lines of traditional Celtic designs are a gift to the knitter. This pullover features two colorwork chain motifs framing a row of Celtic love knots, which are formed with two entwined hearts.

The Knots & Chains Pullover is worked in one piece from the top down, with folded hems at the neck, cuffs, and lower edge. The smaller chain motif is echoed on the sleeves. The colorwork patterns are only charted and not written.

Sample is 36” size; model is 34” bust.

Note: When this sweater was photographed, is was worn backwards, with the back of the sweater on the front of the model. Because of the short rows that shape the neckline, this makes it look like the neck is unusually high in the front. By the time this was noticed, it was too late to get new photos. Of course, when you wear your sweater, you’ll wear it with the lower section of the neck to the front.
