The Kohlrabi Pullover is worked from the top down in the round. The wide neck features a cozy double thick collar (optional) and is shaped with short rows. Please use the method of short row you prefer but take care with stitch counts. The color work yoke is worked with three colors using stranded knitting. The body and sleeves are then separated and worked down in the round with a color work sleeve cuff and hem detail (also optional).

YARN

Approximately 900 (975, 1050, 1150, 1250, 1350, 1474, 1600, 1725) yards MC, 150 (175, 200, 200, 225, 225, 250, 250) yards CC1 and 100 (125, 150, 150, 175, 175, 175, 200, 200) yards CC2.

Shown in Tuku DK, 100% wool, 273 yards (250 m/100g): H32 Nila (MC) 4 (4, 5, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7, 7) skeins; H27 Tyyni (CC1), H29 Syli (CC2), 1 skein each

Yarn amounts are estimates. Total yardage used will depend on the yarn you use, your gauge, and any modifications you may make. If using a sticky, bouncy yarn like an untreated wool choose a DK. If using a super wash or otherwise smooth, slippery yarn look for a ‘heavy’ DK or ‘light’ worsted.
