In the practice of yoga, ‘Kriya” are the movements caused by the release of energy. It is also used to describe the sharing of an experience or deed. This yoga mat carrying bag is of a simple design, but uses more intermediate techniques such as stranded color work and some simple cabling techniques. Think of the twining cables as flexibility and energy and the fabric created and skills used as strength and control. The colors chosen may represent peace, comfort and restoration.
