This ethnographic Rucavas mitten begins with a picot edge. The cuff is knit in two, three and four colors contemporaneously. The Upper mitten is knit in three colors throughout.

Rucava sits in the southwest corner of Latvia and is near the Baltic Sea as well as the border with Lithuania. The mittens in this area are colorful and often have complex patterns/graphs.

Changes to yarn or needles may produce variation in the finished size. Check your gauge in pattern before casting on.
