KUSCHELIG means cosy or soft and cuddly, which is exactly what this wrap is all about. It is a huge wrap knit entirely in bouncy garter stitch which will keep you uber warm and KUSCHELIG through the cold season of the year. Using 24 or 25 mini skeins of fingering weight yarn, it is the perfect pattern for your mini skein advent calendar!

LEVEL: beginner – intermediate.
• The wrap is knitted entirely in garter stitch and the pattern contains fully written instructions (no charts required) and instruction for picking up stitches with pictures.

YARN
• The pattern is designed for either 24 to 25 x 20 g or 5 x 100 g fingering weight yarn.
• The sample is knit with 25 x 20 g mini skeins, 100% Superwash Merino, fingering weight, 365 m (400 yds)/100 g (https://madscientistyarns.com/).

MEASUREMENTS
• To make the most of your yarn, the pattern is written in 4 different sizes + one size for DK or worsted weight yarn. Choose your size depending on your knitting style and yardage. Instructions on how to choose a size are given in the pattern.
• Size 1: 50 cm x 164 cm / 20” x 65”
• Size 2: 55 cm x 182 cm / 22” x 72”
• Size 3: 60 cm x 200 cm / 24” x 79”
• Size 4: 65 cm x 218 cm / 26” x 86”
• Size DK&W: written for DK or worsted weight yarn, no measurement available

NEEDLES AND NOTIONS
• 3.5 mm (US 4) circular needles, 60 cm/24” length
• 3 mm (US 3) or smaller circular needles, 60 cm/24” length for picking up stitches
• 2 removable stitch markers
• Stitch holders or scrap yarn
• Tapestry needle to sew in yarn ends
