This pattern is available for free.

This Fair Isle chart is 36 stitches in height and 19 stitches in width. The chart can be utilized in any yarn weight. Play around with color variation and/or separating the top, middle or bottom portions to add a simpler, smaller version around neck, cuffs, or hems. A hat/scarf/mitten pattern utilizing the chart will be available soon, so keep on the lookout!
