This Pullover reminds me about La Rochelle, - the beautiful seaside town at the French Atlantic coast - with its blue sky and ocean, the white buildings in town, the white sails in the marina.
With its fresh appearance it smells like summer! Perfect for a walk in the marina and at the seaside.
Blue and white stripes, white cables at the edges and for the gorgeous yoke.
Easy to knit! Perfect for a beginner or for the more experienced knitter that wants something quick and relaxed for a change.
As I live in a country with unpredictable summers I knitted it in a dry wool quality. I think the pullover would be as nice in a mercerized cotton. Just remember to use the same gauge!
This pullover is knitted in the round, sleeves are knitted on dpn’s - then pieces are assembled to work the raglan shaping and the yoke.
Practiacally seamless - no fuss or difficult stiches.
A true pleasure to knit and to wear.
