A quick and easy knit, both functional and fun to make. Features lace bottom edging and open back.

Pattern is advanced beginner. The knitter should be familiar with: basic lace (yarn overs - yo), basic decreases (k2tog, ssk), working in the round. Pattern is written in standard American English knitting terms.

Sizes are grouped by bust measurement:
Fit has 1-3 inches of negative ease.
To fit measurements of:
31-33(34-35,36-38,39-41,42-44,45-47,
48-50,51-52)
Actual measurements across chest:
30(33,35,38,41,44,47,49) inches

Tools:

  • 5 mm (US 8) circular needles (or size needed to obtain gauge), 24(24,32,32,36,40,40,40) inches in length (length dependent upon size, or 60 inch circular could be used with magic loop method)
  • Tapestry Needle, to sew yarn ends in
  • DPNs, for icord; optional (can use circular needles as well for this instead)

Materials:
