Machine Knitting Pattern

I used my LK150 mid-gauge knitting machine to make these leg warmers. As long as you are able to get the gauge, you can use your knitting machine. I have a video tutorial showing you how I knitted this lace pattern using the needle beetle (a machine knitting accessory that makes lace much faster and easier) which you can check out here! I also show you how to do the latched up ribbing at the top of the leg warmers.

Hand Knitting Pattern

For the hand knitting pattern, these leg warmers are worked in the round from the bottom up using either double pointed needles or a circular needle using the magic loop method. The gauge for the hand knitted leg warmers is slightly different at 21 sts and 30 rnds = 4” in St st. The lace pattern is given both written and charted for your pattern reading preference.

Enjoy!
