This light and lofty cowl can be worn around the neck as a warmer or, better yet, up over the head—the scalloped edge frames your face when you wear it this way. The bottom is bound off with a picot edge, and the large size needle produces the lovely open lacework.

Requires 24” US 10.5 circular needle, tapestry needle, and blocking pins.
