Lacene derived from lacey, a French noblemans surname

Lacene cuffs are perfect for those cool days out or when the office air conditioning is set too cold. Keep your hands free for working while providing a little extra warmth on your wrist.

The Lacene cuffs knit in a cotton yarn also make a pretty sweat band for those athletes in your circle.

The cuffs are knit flat, with the beginning and end joined using a garter stitch graft to form a tube.

Gauge is not critical as cuffs are worked to a circumference slightly smaller than the intended wearers wrist/lower arm.

The provisional cast on requires a 1-2 metres of a smooth contrasting yarn of the same weight
