This was the first design I did for this pattern ebook. I wanted to create a scarf that reminded me of the variety of color you find on a tree or shrub. I liked the idea of the colors fading and from like to dark like shadows on the tree. I wanted to use a light weight yarn to give the feeling of the leaves fluttering in a breeze.
