Moda Dea Scallop Wrap Wayback internet archive

There is no archived written pattern or pdf for the Coats & Clarke Lacy Wrap anymore. It leads only to a picture. However, Moda Dea (which was the recommended yarn) also had nearly the same wrap called the Scallop Wrap LM0258 by Gayle Bunn. It looks identical to the Lacy Wrap and a Coats trademark on it. I linked to the Moda Dea pattern available through the Wayback archive, but it also has a page here on Ravelry with the usual notes and pics. https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/scallop-wrap-lm0258 According to some old blog posts, there were a few minor differences, so the patterns are not perfectly interchangeable. I did also read the C & C lacy wrap was poorly written with errors, so maybe it’s a different edit of the same pattern. You can judge for yourselves, but the two wraps look the same to me. I spent a long time chasing down this lovely pattern, I hope others enjoy it!
