this cute lady bug costume is for newborn babies. I used red heart super saver worsted weight 4ply yarn. With an H-5mm- crochet hook red and black. it’s an easy project which you can finish in one night and does not need a lot of yarn.

This ladybug picture prop needs 14 black dots which is made by making a magic ring and make 12 dcs in ring. Fasten off.
You can add chain 6 to the top of the ladybug and use it as a good luck mum and hang it on the nursery door…
