Delicate, lacy and oozing vintage glamour, Lady’s Evening Jumper is the perfect night-time soiree garment. With a high round neck and delicately puffed, three-quarter length sleeves, it is an elegant and lightweight piece, that can easily take you from day to evening.

The jumper is knitted in an all-over lace pattern with clever shaping created at waist and cuff which requires no decreasing or increasing of stitches within the pattern. The jumper has a side opening on one shoulder, secured with press fasteners.

Lady’s Evening Jumper is knitted using Marilyn, 2 ply laceweight or Madeline, fingering weight depending on the size being made. Shown here in shade Black Narcissus, a vibrant purple.

Our model Theodora is shown wearing the first size 76-81cm (30-32in) worn with 4cm (1.5in) of ease. It is suggested you choose a size with approximately 4-9cm (1.5-3.5in) of positive ease at the chest to achieve a similar fit to that shown.

The pattern includes instructions for eight sizes to fit chest measurements between 76cm (30in) and 152cm (60in) and contains both clear written pattern directions, together with charted instructions for lace pattern plus a comprehensive schematic diagram and sizing chart.
