About Lake of Menteith
This shawl uses fan motifs to create its wide, narrow shape and open
drape. It’s worked in my favourite colour combo of blues, greys and
chartruse, to reflect the moody, rainy summer that it was made in.

Finished depth: 66cm/26in
Finished length: 182cm/72in

1 50g skein Quince and Co. Tern (4ply, 75% wool, 25% silk, 202m/221y) each in:
Col A - Petrol, Col B - Beach Glass,
Col C - Kelp, Col D - Stonington
5mm (H/8) crochet hook

Each motif measures 15cm/6in x 30cm/12in using 5mm hook (or size
needed to achieve tension)

Skills Needed
Basic crochet stitches, working in rows, increasing, joining motifs on.

Starts at the bottom with 3 adjoining motifs and then builds up in rows
from there. The motifs are joined as you go, with outer edges using foundation stitches where there is no motif to work into. Please use the schematic below for colour and motif placement.
