Lake Song is a large and lofty wrap with fabulous drape. The peaceful, textured lace pattern is meditative and surprisingly easy to knit.

You work the shawl from one corner to the opposite side of the triangle, creating a slightly asymmetric shape.

Serene and harmonious, this ethereal beauty reminds of tranquil waters.

Two skeins of Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light (100% merino; 384 m / 420 yds per skein). Shown in colour Well Water.

Or approximately 722 m / 790 yds of similar fingering weight yarn.

Size 4 mm / US 6 needles or size to obtain pattern gauge

This shawl is worked flat, but I recommend using 80-100 cm / 32-40 inch circular needles to accommodate the growing number of stitches.
