A celestial themed cowl based on the character Lanfear from Robert Jordan’s “Wheel of Time” series. Lanfear means “daughter of the night.”

Yarn:

195 yards of worsted weight yarn in main color (CA) 195 yards of worsted weight yarn in contrast color (CB)

Pictured in Selkirk Worsted in Amethyst Brooch (CA) and Blue Poppy (CB)

Needles:

3.25mm 20” circular needle

Or sizes necessary to achieve gauge. Please be sure to knit a gauge swatch.

Gauge:

24 sts x 26 rows = 4” in stranded colorwork when blocked.

Finished Size:

Cowl is 11.5” in height and 24” in circumference, when blocked.
