I decided to add a little spice to the basic ribbed ascot scarf. As I was knitting this the longer it got the more it looked like lasagna noodles to me! I asked my fellow knitters and they concurred!

I think we all have our favorite lasagna memories or recipes we make right now. My favorite lasagna was my mother’s recipe. She’d spend one entire day preparing it. We’d eat it the next day….she said it tasted better that way.

This is my recipe for a lasagna noodle scarf. Most of it is ribbed and once you get the hang of making the edge it’s not hard at all. Who makes your favorite lasagna?
