This ethnographic mitten from Southern Latgale, Latvia uses a chart with 80 stitches per round (20 stitches per needle) and is knit in three colors for the upper mitten with a moon symbol.

The instructions for the “lentveida” or ribbon-like cuff are included on page 416 of the book in Latvieša Cimdi (in Latvian) and on 418 in Mittens of Latvia.
