Lattice is a top-down triangular shawl with an applied lace edging. The shawl begins with a garter stitch main body for warmth and texture that transitions into a lattice lace motif and finishes with a pointed applied lace edging.

This shawl is knits up to a generous size and can be worn in several ways. It is the perfect light layer for over the shoulders on a cool summer evening, or can provide extra warmth when wrapped around the neck.

Approximately 375 yds (343 m) of main color and 220 yds (200 m) of lace edge color in fingering weight yarn.

US 5 (3.75mm) 40” (100cm) circular needles (optional straight needle for edge)

18 stitches and 34 rows = 4in/10cm in garter stitch after strong blocking (gauge is not critical for this shawl but will affect yarn
requirement and finished size).
