These socks are worked from the cuff down, with a lace pattern similar to that of the buds of the lavender plant. The pattern is best worked by those who have had experience of lacework, but it is quite simple, as the pattern is worked over a 12 row repeat. These socks are worked in the round using dpn’s, you could however use mini circulars, or use the Magic Loop method with a long circular needle.
