From the book;

These pretty and delicious smelling hanging hearts take just a single ball of Baby Cashmerino to make a set of three, plus some inexpensive silver embroidery beads for added sparkle. Although the beading makes these hearts look complicated, they are in fact deceptively simple to make as each bead is threaded onto the yarn before being worked into the knitted fabric. The patterned backing fabric takes this sophisticated design a step further by allowing you to add your own personality to each heart.
