This top is silky and cool to the touch.

The perfect thing for a hot summer day. It could be a lovely beach/sailing/swimming cover-up. Also great for outdoor concerts, bbqs, patio lunches, etc.

It is knit flat from the empire waist up, with short rowed, sloping shoulders. These two pieces are crocheted together along the top edge. The ribbing to the hem is picked up from the empire waist and worked in the round. It is easily modified to be flattering on many body types.
