The leaf pattern scarf now has a partner. :)
This beret/beanie is oversized, to suit the super chunky yarn, to wear loose or pull down over ears and forehead. The leaf pattern begins at the brim and starts with ten leaves, reducing to five as increasing, to form the beret shape, moves into decreasing, to shape the crown.

As always, I have created this hat pattern to be made without the need for circular needles, but if you prefer to use a circular it is possible as (almost) every other row simply follows the stitch pattern, alternated with the texture/shaping rows. Just remove the first and last stitches of the rows, which would otherwise form the seam.

If you buy the Beret with the Leaf Pocket Scarf, you’ll be given a 10% discount automatically at checkout. :)
