This dinky leaf shaped keychain pouch is so adorable, they make a handy keychain purse to stash carpark change, a lipbalm or earbuds, or maybe a cute housewarming token, dorm keyfob, dice bag or stitch marker pouch. The pattern is quick and easy to work up and is a great way to use up small amounts of yarn, hook up a batch to give as little gifts.

My pattern contains photos to help illustrate some of the steps and utilises basic stitches and simple construction techniques so that practiced beginners and crochet pro’s alike can create this cute crochet keychain.

The finished pouch (open) measures approx. 8x6.5cm (3.1x2.5”), including swivel clip 13.5x6.5cm (5.3x2.5”), leaf drawstring ends 2x3cm (0.8x1.2”)
when worked in DK (worsted) yarn with a 3mm (D) crochet hook, after blocking.

My pattern is available in English or American crochet terminology.
