This leaf lace balaclava pattern will help you to make a balaclava exactly like the pictured one! The pattern is for newborn size, 0-3m, 3-6m, 6-12m, 12-24m, 2-5 years and 5 to teen.

You will need yarn (up to 100 grams for the smallest sizes, up to 150 grams from the bigger sizes), knitting needles (to obtain the gauge - usually 5mm work for most), a tapestry needle or crochet hook to weave in the yarn ends.

You will need Worsted or Aran weight yarn. You can use either long straight single pointed needles, or any circular needles to make the hat part, and either double pointed needles or circular needle (using magic loop) to make the scarf part.
