there are 2 stitches with the wrong symbol. this is evident if you see the 2 sides of the cart don’t match in rows 19 and 21

stitch 14 in rows 19 and 21 should also be the same as stitch 14 in row 23 - slip 1, knit 1, pass slipped stitch over
