Leafy Garter Keyhole Scarf joins a basic garter stitch neck with a
fancy leafy cabled section at the ends. The garter neckline is simple
to knit and can be altered to be as snug or long as desired. The
leafy ends allow you to sew them completely on for a fancy ending
to a long scarf or leave small sections not sewn creating an area to
slip the opposite section through.

The scarf may be knit with any type of yarn simply change the needle size to reflect the new yarn selection. The garter neck may need to be altered but can be easily.
