This is the guide that I use to teach my beginner knitters workshop, but it can also work as an online knitting tutorial, with the added bonus that the end result is a pair of perfectly acceptable fingerless mitts!

As this is a beginner project, there are no sizing options, to keep it simple, however the finished mitts are fairly stretchy, so they should fit most women, and many men.

You can use any DK yarn for these. The sample shown was made using an awful, cheap acrylic, so I’d love to see any that you make with more beautiful and luxurious yarns.
