I am a Dr. Who fan and have always loved what I see as the ‘tilting TARDIS’ pattern. I have wanted to incorporate it into a design for a long time, and this Fall gave me the opportunity. I liked the idea of leaves growing into the TARDIS design. The title of the design does not refer to Dr. Who as I did not wish to engage in a copywrite dispute.

Gauge is not crucial for this design. At 4.25 st/in, you get about a 25” in diameter cowl. Any worsted or aran weight yarn should work well. A solid or tonal color way would be preferable to a strongly contrasting or variegated yarn. The sample used about 180 yards of Malabrigo Rios in the Niebla color way.

Have fun with it!:)
