My ‘ Lenjo´ shawl/scarf/cowl/moebius cowl is an easy to memorize, fast&fun-to-knit-a-long, free sized, 2 row repeat pattern.

All you need to know is how to K, BO, P2tog and to Kfb.

The final result will be a light, elastic accessory, with an attractive, lacy look on both sides (RS & WS).

The pattern instruction is about a flat knitted scarf, which has been seamed together in a round and a moebius cowl.

Another option would be to knit a cowl in a round, any size you wish to achieve, depending on the yarn and needles you will choose for your project.

A light weight yarn would make a nice summer shawl or wrap.

I recommend to use 2-3 needle sizes more, than suggested on the yarn’s ballband for a light, lacy result.

I love to wear my ‘Lenjo’ cowls. They can be worn as long drapey cowls or wrapped twice for a cozy neckwarmer. Wonderful travel items. The reddish one made of the Araucania yarn has so much elasticity, that it can be wrapped three times around the neck to upgrade some sweaters for the cold season.

Enjoy!
