This is a shawl that is worked sideways. So almost the entire yarn can be used up.
The contrast between the more or less oval holes (depending on the wearer’s version) and the sides with the angular gradations is particularly special.

The pattern is also suitable for practiced beginners, since you only have to be able to work chains, single crochets and double crochets (US terms).

Actually, any yarn you like can be used. You should only pay attention to the hook size, so that the shawl does not become too firm, but can still fall softly and fluently.
