CONSTRUCTION NOTES

This shawl is worked back and forth from the top down.
Directions for the Cable Cast On and the Lace Bind Off, as well as other useful information, can be found in the Special Techniques section.
Symmetrical increases allow stockinette sections to grow on each side of a static center panel worked in garter stitch.
A garter stitch border with double yarn overs is worked at the beginning and end of each row.
