This is an elongated triangle unisex shawl that incorporates raster motif and simple garter stitch textures inspired by a lighthouse. The raster motif is created using slipped stitch with one working yarn for each row. The sleek edgings are created using the built-in i-cord and stockinette selvage stitches.

YARN
2 skeins of yarn brand - type, 100% baby alpaca, 800m/100g (874y/3.5oz).
MC - 1 skein of Sea navy blue
CC - 1 skein of Mist light blue

NEEDLES
A pair of knitting needles size 3.5mm (US-4) and one double pointed needle size 4.0mm (US-6).

DIFFICULTY
Intermediate.
An i-cord cast on, built-in i-cord edging, i-cord bind off, and reading chart skills are required.

GAUGE
19 sts x 33 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4” x 4”) in garter st.
17 sts x 31 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4” x 4”) in Chart.
